Domaine Garnier Petit Chablis

Cultivated on the renowned south-facing slope in Lignorelles, the Garnier brothers have dedicated 4 hectares to young vines, establishing an exceptional plot in the Petit Chablis AC. The sandy soil, layered over Portlandian limestone, imparts unique qualities to the vines. The wine, vinified in stainless steel and bottled after a year, defies expectations for its appellation, showcasing a remarkable minerality and depth of fruit.
