Holy Goat Scottish Double Oat Stout

Brewed with two types of oats that constitute over a quarter of the malt bill, this beer features locally sourced Gloagburn Farm rolled oats, grown just 22 miles from the brewery, and Golden Naked Oats from Simpsons Malt, which are lightly caramelized to provide a nutty, creamy character. Combined with additions of chocolate malts and roasted barley, this results in a beer with a silky mouthfeel and mellow notes of chocolate and coffee. Enjoy it fresh or let it age to develop even more complexity over time.
