A delightful blend of hand-picked Traditional Cider apples (more tannic and acidic than dessert apples), including varieties such as Harry Masters Jersey, Black Dabinett, and Stoke Red. This craft cider boasts slightly more tannin and slightly less acidity than its counterpart, the Blue Label. Get them both and see the difference these varieties can make!

A blend of handpicked cider apples including Dabinett, Stoke Red, Harry Masters Jersey, Black Dabinett, Browns and Major. Fermented and finished in oak to create a fruity cider with the perfect balance of tannins, texture and acidity. Only 2200 bottles made. Contains sulphites. 500ml. 7%.
