Crafted from 30-year-old vines with limited yields of 50 hectoliters per hectare, this delightful Pinot Noir is the result of a meticulous winemaking process. Produced exclusively from 100% whole bunches and nurtured in limestone-dominant soil, the vines contribute to the wine's distinctive character. Aged in 7-25-year-old 228-liter barrels, the final product is a juicy and crunchy delight that is sure to vanish quickly from your glass.

The domaine, under the stewardship of Matthieu and Marie Boesch, represents the 11th generation of the family, which has owned the estate since 1640. Matthieu, returning to the domaine in 1999, collaborated with his father Gérard in experimenting with cellar techniques and transitioning to biodynamic viticulture. Their commitment to sustainable practices has transformed their vineyards into a sanctuary for local wildlife, fostering a harmonious coexistence. In the cellar, the winemaking process is marked by a slow and extended pressing (8 to 12 hours), indigenous yeasts, and spontaneous malolactic fermentations, avoiding the addition of sulfur to allow for a more authentic expression of the terroir.
