Linn Cider Cullaloe

A still cider bottled on cork. It’s a blend of brownsnout and Dabinett from a mixture of Sherry casks and redwine barrels. It was fermented and aged for 2 years in barrel before being bottled in October last year. This is a very deep cider, almost brandy like with Sherry oxidative notes. Drinks like orange wine.
