It's a wine with plenty going on, but it wears it lightly. The tannins are soft, the acidity keeps everything fresh, and the whole thing feels incredibly comfortable in its own skin.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis is the bottle to open when you're cooking a roast, putting together a cheeseboard, or simply want a red that doesn't need explaining. Cubillo is the opposite.
