Naughton Cider Homage to Hogg

Named after Robert Hogg, the father of British pomology. This is a still blend of Kingston Black and Yarlington Mill. Wild-fermented in exChampagne oak for 10 months and bottled on cork. This is an absolute juice bomb, the Yarlington Mill bringing orange pith and apple flesh and the Kingston Black balancing perfectly with a touch of acidity. Incredibly moreish.
