Pastore Baroque

A historical gose, 50% pils malt 50% wheat malt, sea salt and coriander, fermented with our lactic sour culture before conditioning on apricots. Tangy, salty and deliciously refreshing. Part of The Sound of Sour 2025 series, we like to think Handel himself would've enjoyed this in an old Leipzig bar, while composing one of his baroque bangers.
