Sierra Nevada Hoptimium Triple IPA

Hoptimum’s 2023 appearance ramps up the West Coast flavor profile, dry-hopping with Simcoe, Idaho 7, Chinook, and Magnum varieties for heaps of resinous pine and a fruity medley of orange, grapefruit, and berries. With an ABV of 11.0% and available in 355ml bottles, it has a beginning gravity of 24 ̊ Plato and an ending gravity of 3.5 ̊ Plato, along with 75 IBU. This golden-colored brew uses Magnum for bittering, and Chinook, Idaho 7, Jackson, and Simcoe for finishing hops, complemented by two-row pale, pilsner, and Carapils malts, with ale yeast.
