Stigbergets Harvest IPA

Last year, the brewery used 18 tons of hops, with 15 of those being American varieties sourced from Yakima Chief Hops, an organization owned by the family farms that grow them. In pursuit of the best beer, the brewing team travels annually to the Yakima Valley in Washington during harvest season. There, they carefully select the hops for the upcoming year, evaluating numerous samples from local farms to ensure the highest quality and perfect flavor profile for each beer. This process not only guarantees top-tier hops but also fosters a strong relationship with the farmers, connecting the brewery to the agricultural roots of the ingredients.

Harvest IPA proudly showcases the brewery's handpicked hops from the 2023 harvest, featuring a standout trio of Mosaic, Citra, and Simcoe. With these hops freshly processed and delivered, it’s a bold and vibrant debut of the season’s finest.
