At Stigbergets, they love hops and recognize that not all are created equal. The Pacific Northwest of the USA is to hops what Italy is to lemons. So when YCH gives them hops, they make exceptional beer. Despite working with YCH for years, they're only now creating a beer together. Inspired by the West Coast, they've used cryogenically frozen Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops from YCH for maximum freshness, intensity, and deliciousness.
