Torre Alle Tolfe Chianti Colli Senesi

This wine is made from 100% Sangiovese. The winemaking process involves spontaneous fermentation in concrete tanks without temperature control. All subsequent refinement also occurs in concrete tanks to maintain the integrity of the Sangiovese.

The wine has a deep crimson color and offers a fantastic nose of wild plum and cherry with a hint of cinnamon bark. It features stunning dark cherry fruit and is a soft wine with great depth and concentration, yet it is not heavy. Everything is perfectly balanced by soft and bold tannins, with great length. This is a Chianti out of the ordinary.
