Introducing Vault City's Sour Scale, a series of 5 beers ranging from sweet-tart to super sour. For level 2, they've conditioned their mixed fermentation base beer on heaps of carrot purée, sweet vanilla, and mixed spices. The result? A rich pastry sour that’s so indulgent, you could serve it by the slice!
