Welsh Mountain Cider - Dinosaur

A full bodied, tannic cider made from 100% Somerset Redstreak apples. Bottled Pet Nat, end of fermentation in the bottle resulting in a naturally sparkling cider. This one's rich and deep (especially for an early bittersweet), but keep an eye out for it's big brother which will be coming out soon (another Somerset Redstreak, but aged on the lees for more flavour and an extraordinary colour!
