Wilding Cider - Commix 2022

Commix is a classic blended cider for drinking with food. This vintage is a blend of various bitter sweets & bittersharp apples: Yarlington Mill, Dove, Brown's, Bisquet, Chisel Jersey, Sweet Coppin & Ellis Bitter.

Compared to previous years this blend is a bit different, slightly more residual sugar, bit more tannin and more aroma. Where the 2021 vintage was was quite lean and with real tannic structure, the 3022 is lusher and bolder. This is well balanced, easy - drinking cider with fresh fruit on the nose, palate cleansic acidity and good tannic backbone, balanced with a little residual sugar.

Intentionally really great with food, Sam loves it with steak and chips but also great with cheese, grilled fish and bolder summer vegetables, pork chops. Fermented with wild yeasts, with no sulphites, & no filtering or pasteurisation. Alc. 6.1%.
