Altolandon Enrosado Orange Wine

Crafted from young vines thriving in stony limestone soils, this Garnacha Gris undergoes meticulous, manual harvesting, ensuring the preservation of fruit quality and integrity. The grapes' first pressing is exclusively used in vinification, where the must undergoes spontaneous fermentation by native yeasts in expansive 6000L stainless steel tanks. As a testament to its natural approach, the wine achieves stability through the ambient cold of winter months, eschewing the addition of sulfites at any stage of vinification or bottling. This meticulous process results in a wine that authentically expresses the character of the grape and terroir.
