Le Repertoire, planted in Ecuiel in 1984, offers a golden hue and a pine nut nose. Toast, butter, and banana notes unfold, leading to a warm, juicy front end. Its mid-palate boasts a delightful malic grip, extending into a finish with hints of black fruits. A newcomer to the scene, Le Repertoire is a fourth-generation family estate producing vintage-specific expressions. With vineyards in Ecueil and Villedommange, they specialize in Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, vinified in oak and sandstone amphora. This 2019 vintage is 100% Pinot Noir, aged 80% in oak and 20% in amphora, with 20% malolactic fermentation. Disgorged in April 2023, it features a dosage of 3.5g/ltr, delivering a hugely impactful and delicious wine.
