Holy Goat Spectral Eclipse

Primary fermented with their most tropical Brettanomyces strains for 3 months, this beer undergoes a transformative process. Following fermentation, it is dry hopped with Australian Galaxy and Eclipse hops, infusing it with a myriad of fruity aromatics. Expect vibrant notes of mandarin, passionfruit, peach, apricot, and a subtle hint of pine, all while softening the acidity of the house culture, resulting in a massive juice bomb of a beer.

In collaboration with their friends at BarthHaas X, they utilized the Spectrum dry hop liquid, a 100% natural hop-derived product. This innovative approach allowed for blending trials to fine-tune the hop variety and quantity, ensuring the perfect complement to the mixed culture base beer. The result is a harmonious blend that accentuates the unique characteristics of their house culture.
