1. Tuffeau Blanc de Blanc Brut Nature - a traditional method sparkling made from 100% Chardonnay grapes from the Loire region, now transitioning to organic practices. Enjoy apple and citrus notes on the nose, followed by a crisp palate of green apple and zesty citrus, leading to a long, dry finish.
2. Bodega Agerre Txakoli - Bodega Agerre, Txakolina, Txakoli. A vibrent bone dry white wine with effervescence on opening. Traditionally poured slowly from a height to create a large fizz in the glass. Big zippy lime and a drying, salty, saline finish.
3. Domaine Renaudat Reuilly - Valéry Renaudat Estate's Reuilly Blanc, a beautiful, fruity, and fresh Sauvignon. With an intense nose of exotic fruits, citrus, and menthol notes, it offers a pleasantly surprising palate, fresh and balanced, with appreciable persistence.
4. Este Rose Vinho Verde - Este Rosé, crafted like vinho verde, offers a refreshing choice with prominent notes of raspberries, strawberries, and red apples. Ideal for aperitifs or paired with various dishes, it embodies the essence of a vibrant Portuguese summer day.
5. Calmel & Joseph AMS Tram Gram Cinsault - A brilliant soft red with gleaming reflections, offering deliciously crunchy notes of fresh raspberry and apricot on the nose, evolving towards laurel and black pepper. The clean palate reveals wild strawberry, blackcurrant, dried fruit, and fresh almond, finishing on thyme flowers and superb mineral notes.
6. Gabrielskloof Whole Bunch Syrah - Gabriëlskloof Whole Bunch Syrah embodies the Light & Bright red style with its vibrant character, featuring cherry, blueberry, and raspberry aromas alongside floral notes. With a lively, juicy palate and a touch of spice, its whole bunch fermentation adds freshness and structure, showcasing modern winemaking in the Overberg region.
