Respiro Lagar Orange wine

Grapes are hand-picked. They’re placed together in a traditional stone trough or
lagar and are crushed by foot. Fermentation is with natural yeasts. The wine then
aged in old oak barrels for 12 months before bottling
Aromatic and smoky with hints of orange zest,
vanilla and roasted almonds. Good texture and
slightly grippy tannins, and a long, dry spicy
finish.
