Total destemming without crushing, fermentation in open tank, with the 3 varieties separately, with spontaneous yeasts. Arinto and Fernão Pires with skin maceration and barrel fermentation. Moscatel with full tannage (orange wine style). Stage: Part of the lot staged in used french oak barrels and the other part in stainless steel. Climate: Microclimate created between the Atlantic breeze and the Serra de Montejunto, with morning fog throughout the year and high rainfall. Soil: Limestone and loamy structures
