Svetik Sv. Vavrinec 2018

The St. Laurent grapes used in this wine were hand-harvested from vineyards that are 35 years old or more. After destemming and crushing, the grapes underwent a three-week fermentation on their skins in an open tub. Following a light pressing, the wine completed its fermentation in a stainless steel tank. The aging process then continued for 48 months in old oak barrels before bottling, with a small addition of sulphites for preservation.

This St. Laurent wine presents a nose characterized by dark berries with hints of plum. On the palate, it offers a vibrant and juicy taste with a good level of acidity, creating a well-balanced and flavorful drinking experience.
