3 Fonteinen Druif Gewurztraminer

For this Druif, we macerated the highly aromatic Gewurztraminer grape, harvested in the summer of 2022 in Bourgheim, Alsace, with one- and three-year-old lambik for over four months. The old portion makes up nearly 80% of the blend, resulting in a weighted average age of over 31 months. The final fruit intensity is an impressive 437 grams of Gewurztraminer grapes per liter of finished Druif. Almost 65% of the nine different lambikken were brewed using local cereals. A small portion of this exceptional blend was also bottled in magnums, offering a unique, rich expression of 100% 3 Fonteinen craftsmanship.
