About The Beerhive

We're an independent bottle shop in Edinburgh with a thing for fermentation.

You'll find craft beer, low-intervention wine, proper lager, lambic, grower Champagne, mead, aperitivo, cocktail ingredients, and plenty of other bottles that spiked our interest.

We don't try to stock everything. We'd rather fill the shelves with things we genuinely rate, whether that's a fresh IPA from a local brewery, a brilliant bottle of Burgundy, or a lambic we've been trying to get hold of for years.

We work with producers from Scotland and all around the world, keeping the shelves fresh with new arrivals landing every week. Visit us in Canonmills, Edinburgh, or order online for UK-wide delivery.

And The Finer Spirits

There’s plenty of beer here, obviously, but the spirits shelves have become a bit of a problem over the years too. Aperitivo, vermouth, whisky, agave, cocktail ingredients, herbal liqueurs, weird bitter alpine stuff, and bottles we probably opened “just to try” and then refused to stop talking about afterwards.
