Pairings From Our Kitchens

We spend a lot of time talking about food and drink pairings in the shop, but most of our favourite combinations are discovered at home.

These are recipes we've cooked, bottles we've opened and pairings we've genuinely enjoyed. Some are classics, some are experiments and some were simply an excuse to open a bottle we'd been looking forward to.

Not every pairing needs to be life-changing. Sometimes it's a Tuesday night pasta and a bottle that happened to be in the fridge. Sometimes it's a meal you've planned all week around. Either way, if it worked, you'll probably find it here.
