Amélie Guillot Crémant du Jura is a vibrant, terroir-driven sparkling blend of Chardonnay and Savagnin (approx. 50/50), hand-harvested from 40-year-old vineyards in Molamboz and crafted using the traditional method with 12 months on lees.
The wine pours a clear, pale-yellow hue with a lively mousse. Aromatically, it offers fresh spring flowers, green apple, and delicate mineral notes, all underpinned by fine toasty nuance. On the palate, it’s light yet dynamic, crisp and "silky-smooth," with crunchy fruit, a subtle salinity, and vibrant freshness.
Amélie, a Burgundian winemaking graduate who planted roots in Jura in 1995, farms her 2–4 ha sustainably with biodynamic principles and minimal cellar intervention, adding only low sulfur after wild ferment. Her Crémant stands as one of the region’s finest expressions of value-driven sparkling, a creation “a steal for a sparkling wine of its quality”.
This Brut sparkler shines as an elegant aperitif or a versatile table wine, ideal with shellfish, poultry, light fish, or snacks.
