In appearance, Three Wood presents a rich, golden-brown color, a result of maturation in quality bourbon and sherry barrels, which also contributes to its complex flavor profile over time. On the nose, expect notes of blackcurrant, brown sugar, orange, plum, and raisin. The palate is characterized by fruit and syrup, hazelnut with hints of cinnamon and lemon, and a butterscotch sweetness that adds complexity. The finish is fresh and fruity, offering a smooth whisky with a long-lasting oaky sweetness.
