Baron Decimus Rusticus

Barons first barrel-aged Imperial Stout is a collaborative effort with Bereta Brewing Co. from Romania. This indulgent brew underwent a double mash process, where the second mash utilized wort from the first to amplify its depth and complexity. After aging for a year in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-UK-rum barrels, it emerged as their thickest and most decadent creation yet. Expect rich layers of oak, vanilla, dark chocolate, and a gentle warmth from the rum. A meticulously crafted beer and a true labour of love.
