Barraco Fior Di Bianco

This wine comes from Nino’s youngest vines, planted over sandy soil. Primarily Grillo, with a hint of Catarratto and a touch of Zibibbo, the grapes underwent a brief one-day skin fermentation before being pressed into vats for a short maturation. The outcome is a charming and aromatic wine that transports you to the Sicilian coast with its notes of citrus, wildflowers, sea salt, and brine. A delightful aperitif that pairs naturally with seafood dishes.
