Our friends at Totopia Brewing in Nagakute are making some of the most flavourful, accomplished hop-forward beers in Japan. Our first collab together is a juicy celebration of the finest Cashmere, Citra and Nelson Sauvin we could lay our hands on for flavours of melon, tangerine and pine, with secondary notes of strawberry and coconut.
