The nose is a wild mix of bonfire smoke, white pepper, pine needles, stewed apples, vanilla pod, honey, green tea, and a touch of cinnamon. On the palate, it's surprisingly soft with coastal notes of salt, seaweed, and kippers, balanced by yellow toffee apples and rich rum cake.
