Cantina Giardino Vino Rosato Frizzante 2022

This blend of Aglianico, Primitivo, Piedirosso, and Coda di Volpe from Montemarano spends only an evening on its skins before being pressed into vats. Bottled in June with the must of Coda di Volpe, a second fermentation occurs in the bottle, resulting in a gently sparkling wine with a sunset hue. It bursts with flavors of tart red fruits and blood orange bitters.
