Crafted from Primitivo grapes, it boasts a deep ruby color and an intense nose with aromas of jammy fruits, sweet tobacco, and subtle mint notes. The palate is round and pleasantly fresh, featuring elegant, soft tannins that make it approachable despite its complex structure. 

The wine undergoes fermentation with maceration in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures for 15 days, preserving its vibrant fruit character. It is recommended to pair with cold cuts, sausages, and local meat rolls known as "Bombette."
