A stunning roasted nose brimming with pine nuts, butter, and an abundance of dark stewed fruit sets the tone. The palate follows with an intense hit of dark fruit, transitioning into blackcurrant leaf, lemon peel, and juicy blueberries. As the wine evolves, its freshness comes alive with notes of lemon drops and sherbet, creating incredible depth and complexity. This wine is layered beyond belief and a clear testament to why this producer is one to watch in the coming years. I'm completely in love!

Although this Maison was established in the late 1990s, the family’s winemaking roots trace back centuries. With 21 hectares spanning Trépail, Villers-Marmery, and Verzy in the Montagne de Reims, as well as plots in the Côte des Bar, the estate is in the expert hands of Edouard Carré. He employs organic vineyard practices and vinifies using 300L new oak barrels to craft wines of remarkable character.
