The nose is rich and aromatic with notes of honey and citrus fruits. On the palate, creamy and well-rounded with further tropical fruit and vanillin notes. The acidity is balanced and the finish floral and surprisingly fresh. Altogether an elegant and complex dessert wine. A classic accompaniment to foie gras or Roquefort cheese served with fresh figs. Otherwise try with spicy Moroccan or Indian dishes.
