Château Fontainebleau Côtes de Provence “Fontainebleau”

The warm climate of Provence is moderated by the geography of this vineyard, set in an amphitheatre that offers some protection from the sun. This unique setting allows for a long hang time on the vine, enabling the grapes to develop flavor while retaining acidity. The result is a full-bodied, sturdy Provençal blend of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. The Cabernet Sauvignon contributes deep blackcurrant fruit, while the Syrah adds a savory depth reminiscent of briny black olives. This 2016 vintage, sealed with a cork and boasting 14.5% ABV, is certified organic.
