Upon tasting, the 2014 vintage reveals a harmonious profile with notes of blackberries, plums, and black cherries, complemented by subtle hints of tobacco, oak, and cedar. The wine is medium to full-bodied, offering a balanced acidity and smooth tannins that suggest good aging potential. 

Critics have recognized the quality of this vintage, with James Suckling awarding it a score of 92 points, noting its "plenty of ripe fruit and a full body."
