Oliver's, based in the heart of Herefordshire—a region renowned for its cheese-making heritage—has long embraced the natural pairing of cider and local cheese. This blend features three iconic cider apples: Yarlington Mill, known for its floral spice and bold bitterness; Foxwhelp, offering bright citrus acidity; and barrel-aged Michelin, adding depth and structure. Together, these apples create a complex, well-rounded cider that pairs beautifully with a clothbound farmhouse cheddar. ABV: 6%.
