Christophe Pacalet Beaujolais Nouveau 2025

Christophe Pacalet’s Beaujolais Nouveau 2025 is made from 100% Gamay grown on granite soils in Corcelles. 

The grapes are hand-picked, subjected to a cold carbonic maceration in whole bunches with native yeasts and no added sulfur, resulting in a deeply coloured, fruit-forward wine with notes of cherry, blueberry and bramble.

It’s youthful, joyful and full of energy, with medium weight and a lively personality.
