Cloudwater Second Breath DDH IPA

Second Breath marks the brewery’s first venture into using Mega Terps from Freestyle Hops—a custom blend of Southern Cross, Motueka, and Rakau, enhanced with Phantasm’s thiol precursors. This fusion of thiols, terpenes, and esters amplifies the bold, distinctive flavours of New Zealand hops. To complement the Mega Terps, they’ve used a classic trio of Motueka, Nelson, and Pacific Jade. The result is an all-out juice bomb, bursting with gummy sweets, candied melon, and overripe mango. A sweet, sensory overload that shows just how far modern hop products can push flavour.
