Distilled on 05.05.2017 and bottled at 55.6% ABV with just 142 bottles available, this whisky opens with a vibrant nose of candied ginger, lemon, buttermilk, pear, and an abundance of peach, layered with notes of crème caramel, toffee, and crème fraîche. The palate is round, full, and oily, offering firm flavours of wild honey, ripe peach and apricot, with touches of custard and warming spice. Rich, expressive, and beautifully textured.
