This still orange-rosé wine is a blend of 70% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Pinot Noir, crafted under a crown cap and vegan-friendly.

The grapes were harvested and processed together, then de-stemmed and crushed before undergoing a two-week on-skin fermentation. The wine was aged in concrete eggs, allowing it to develop its unique character.
