De La Senne La Verguenza Sur Senne (Menaresta Collab)

Another collab here, this time with Italian friends Menaresta. Each year they ask a brewery friend to produce a take on one of their recipes, using their own methods, equipment, and yeast.

This is a big DIPA, but fermented with the De La Senne house culture. Lots of wonderful biotransformation giving rise to Tropical Mango, Orange Peel, Bitter Grapefruit, all the way through to Melon. Juicy
