Didier Cazac Déjanté, a captivating Marsanne crafted from twenty-five-year-old vines thriving in clay and limestone soils. This wine pushes boundaries with its innovative winemaking techniques.

The grapes undergo destemming and a unique maceration process on the skins for eighteen days, imparting depth and character. Following this, the wine rests for seven months in large old casks, allowing its flavors to harmonize and evolve.
