Domaine Amelie Guillot Arbois Blanc Savagnin

Amélie Guillot, a winemaker with a formal education in Burgundy, took charge of a quaint 3.8-hectare vineyard in Molamboz near Arbois in 1995. Operating independently, she engages in manual labour both in the vineyard and the cellar, showcasing a hands-on approach to winemaking. Specializing in Poulsard and Savagnin varieties from small plots of vines planted in 1954, Amélie emphasizes sustainable farming practices, steering clear of chemical dependence while allowing for interventions if necessary. In the cellar, she practices minimal intervention during fermentation and vinification, introducing only a minimal amount of sulphur to her wines.
