One of Domaine des Ardoisières' top three cuvées, originating from the exceptional terroir of Cévins. This vineyard, located on a southeast-facing terraced slope with a steep 60% gradient, features bush vines 'sur échalas' planted directly into the bedrock of metamorphic mica-schist. With yields limited to just 25hh, the wine is aged in 3-5 year-old barrels for a year. It showcases a superb balance of dense fruit, apricot, and pear flavors, complemented by spice, a touch of acidity, and a lip-smacking salinity on the finish. Enjoy now through 2027.
