A historically inspired Gose using a 100% wheat mash. Mash also included goldings hops, spent hops and seaweed. The seaweed was foraged from the Isle of Mull. The beer also has salt and coriander added to the boil. Seaside led aromas with light funk, bright fresh acidity, floral citrus notes with big salty umami flavours from the salt/seaweed. Tart salty finish. This Origins Beer is part of the Collection 5, along with Siris, Dubh Siris, and Osta. We recommend they are best experienced together.
