Het Boerenerf Pescerina 75cl

This blend features 1- and 2-year-old lambics, carefully macerated with hand-picked peaches and nectarines from orchards in Italy. Each variety of fruit is blended separately with the lambic and left to macerate for several months, allowing the flavours to meld together. The result is a fruit-forward lambic with vibrant notes of peach and nectarine, complemented by the complex, sour characteristics of the aged lambic.
