One of the first core releases from James Eadie, this Highland Single Malt has been matured for over 11 years with a finishing period in European Oak Malaga Hogsheads, bottled at 48.3%. The nose bursts with fresh apricot, peach, mango, and papaya, layered with thick beeswax, marzipan, green tea, and cut grass. The palate is creamy and full-bodied, with Greek yogurt, honeyed oats, and white grapes balanced by burnt caramel and chamomile. The finish lingers with matcha green tea cheesecake, clotted cream, and apricots.
