Kilchoman 13 Year Old

The second age statement limited release from Islay's Kilchoman Farm Distillery, this 13-year-old whisky has been matured in a combination of bourbon casks, bourbon octaves, and Calvados casks. The nose is fragrant and delicate, bursting with fresh pineapple, hibiscus, and lemon sherbets. The palate offers a herbaceous profile with undertones of dried apple granola, caramelized puffed wheat, and buttered popcorn, while the finish is light and graceful, with a zesty freshness reminiscent of orchard fruits.
